I Saw the TV Glow Trailer and Release Date Revealed for New A24 Horror

The first I Saw the TV Glow trailer has been revealed, with a release date also set for Jane Schoenbrun‘s acclaimed follow-up to We’re All Going to the World’s Fair.

First screening at Sundance 2024, I Saw the TV Glow has received plenty of praise from critcs The film follows the story of two teenage outcasts (Justice Smith and Brigette Lundy-Paine) who bond over their shared interest and love of a scary television show. However, following the show’s mysterious cancellation, the boundary between what’s real and what’s television begins to blur.

I Saw the TV Glow will be released in theaters on May 3, 2024

I Saw the TV Glow stars Justice Smith (The Get Down, Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom), Brigette Lundy-Paine (Atypical), Helena Howard (Madeline’s Madeline), indie rock artist Lindsey Jordan (Snail Mail), Limp Bizkit’s Fred Durst, singer-songwriter Phoebe Bridgers, Danielle Deadwyler (Station Eleven), and Haley Dahl. It also stars Amber Benson, Ian Foreman, Michael Maronna, Conner O’Malley, Emma Portner, Danny Tamberelli, and King Woman.

A24 and Fruit Tree produced the film, the production banner owned by actress Emma Stone. Schoenbrun wrote the script and directed the project.

Schoenbrun is currently working on their next project, a slasher titled Teenage Sex and Death at Camp Miasma.
