The Story of Park’s Marriage Contract Trailer Teases Bae In-Hyuk, Lee Se-Young’s Time Travel Romance

The Story of Park’s Marriage Contract is a brand-new fantasy rom-com K-drama series that is all set to premiere this November, exclusively on MBC. The series is an adaptation of Kim Neo-Ul and Angelique’s web novel of the same name. It stars popular South Korean actors Bae In-Hyuk and Lee Se-Young as the lead pair Kang Tae-Ha and Park Yeon-Woo, respectively.

Go Nam-Jeong has written the series, while renowned television director Park Sang-Hoon has directed it. MBC has recently dropped a new trailer for The Story of Park’s Marriage Contract. By the look of the trailer, it is quite evident that the series will chronicle a romantic story with a theme of time travel.

The new trailer for the upcoming K-drama, The Story of Park’s Marriage Contract, showcases that Lee Se-Young’s Park Yeon-Woo is a strong-willed woman living in the Joseon era. She is also the only daughter of the Interior Minister. Meanwhile, Bae In-Hyuk’s Kang Tae-Ha is a cold-hearted chaebol heir of SH Seoul Corporation. Their fascinating love story will unfold when Park Yeon-Woo ends up in present-day Seoul through fate, destiny, and time travel.

The trailer also indicates that Kang Tae-Ha and Park Yeon-Woo have two completely different personalities. While Kang Tae-Ha is strictly logical, Park Yeon-Woo is extremely emotional. Thus, it will be quite interesting to see how the two will develop feelings for one another.

The Story of Park’s Marriage Contract will premiere on MBC on Friday, November 24, 2023. New episodes of the K-drama will air on a weekly basis, every Friday and Saturday on MBC. The airtime of the series is 9.50 p.m. KST.

Besides, Lee Se-Young and Bae In-Hyuk, the cast list for this new series also includes Joo Hyun-Young as Sa-Wol, Jo Bok-Rae as Hong Seong-Pyo, and Yoo Seon-Ho as Kang Tae-Min.
