According to HBO’s upcoming content schedule, the 2008 film will be joining its HBO Max streaming service on April 1, 2022. The move comes likely due to the fact that distributed by Universal Pictures, leaving Disney without full control over the film.

So far, nearly every other MCU film has found its way to Disney+, with The Incredible Hulk and the recently released Spider-Man: No Way Home (which will stream on Starz for some time) being two of the biggest exceptions.

Originally released in 2008, The Incredible Hulk stars Edward Norton, Liv Tyler, Tim Roth, Tim Blake Nelson, Ty Burrell, and William Hurt. The film received mostly mixed reviews when it premiered and is regarded as one of the less important entries in the film franchise. While Norton’s turn as Bruce Banner wasn’t lambasted, he was eventually replaced in the role by Mark Ruffalo, who has since gone on to star as the character in future films.
