Apple’s WeCrashed Trailer Highlights a Crazy Love Story Worth $47 Billion

Apple TV+ has revealed the full WeCrashed trailer for the forthcoming limited drama, starring Jared Leto and Anne Hathaway. It is currently slated to make its debut on March 18 with the first three episodes. It will then be followed by new weekly installments, each Friday during its eight-episode run through April 22.

The video, which you can check out below, highlights the chaotic love story between WeWork founders Adam Neumann and his wife Rebekah Neumann, and how it played an important role in the downfall of their $47 billion worth startup company.

WeCrashed follows the greed-filled rise and inevitable fall of WeWork, one of the world’s most valuable startups, and the narcissists whose chaotic love made it all possible. It will be led by Oscar winners Jared Leto and Anne Hathaway along with Kyle Marvin, America Ferrera, and O-T Fagbenle.

“The series is inspired by actual events – and the love story at the center of it all,” reads the logline. “WeWork grew from a single coworking space into a global brand worth $47 billion in under a decade. Then, in less than a year, its value plummeted. What happened?”

Based on the Wondery podcast of the same name, the limited series is written and created by Lee Eisenberg and Drew Crevello, who both serve as showrunners as part of Eisenberg’s overall deal with Apple TV+.
