According to the company’s official Twitter (via Funimation), the Demon Slayer event will run through Universal Studios Japan from September 17, 2021, all the way through February 13, 2022. Attendees will have to wear a special pair of VR goggles, which will transport them onto the infamous Mugen Train alongside some of the most popular characters from Demon Slayer.

Alongside the new virtual rollercoaster, Demon Slayer will also be represented with a wisteria-themed cafe, complete with treats and items inspired by the famous anime series. Inside the cafe, a lifelike Giyu Tomioka will stand guard, while special maps will be available inside for fans to grab.
