With the Elimination Chamber Premium Live Event on the horizon, WWE announced a women’s Elimination Chamber match. Moreover, the winner of this match will earn the opportunity to face Ripley at WrestleMania 40. Lynch has already secured her spot in the match.
Meanwhile, in a bold tweet, Becky Lynch asserted that by the time she’s through with Ripley, no one will be calling her “Mami.” Instead, Lynch proclaimed, they’ll be referring to her as “Becky’s b*#ch.”

There, Lynch delivered a pointed message, indicating that Ripley would soon understand what it meant to be at the bottom. Interestingly, Ripley always states that Mami is always on top.

Moreover, Becky Lynch criticized Rhea Ripley’s performance as WWE Women’s World Champion. At the WrestleMania 40 Kickoff Press Event, Ripley was among the WWE superstars promoted to attend. Meanwhile, Lynch confronted Ripley, declaring her intention to replicate her legendary career by dethroning Ripley at WrestleMania 40.
In an interview with Denise Salcedo of Instinct Culture, Lynch talked about Ripley’s tenure as Women’s World Champion, highlighting a lack of title defenses by the champion. Lynch stated, “There is an interesting thing there. Two of her little gang, I’ve known them for 21 years. You have to ask, when it comes down to it, and it will come down to it, which side are they going to be on? Really, for me, it is taking that title and making it relevant again. She’s been walking around, ‘I’m the best. I’m the greatest.’ You don’t do anything. You don’t defend it. You just walk around holding it like it’s a little trophy.”
She continued by saying,” She has all the potential, she has all the goods, she’s great. She has a natural finesse, but I have a scrappiness and a heart and a passion that is undeniable that I don’t think she can compete with. I want that. I want our champion to have heart and to care. The question is, is that title not represented because Rhea doesn’t care or because she’s lazy, which one is it? We’re going to find out.”
Meanwhile, since capturing the title at WrestleMania 39 by defeating Charlotte Flair, Ripley has been on a dominant run. Additionally, she is scheduled to defend her title next at the Elimination Chamber in her home country of Australia against Nia Jax.
