Rupert Grint's Snatch Renewed for Season 2 at Crackle

Rupert Grint’s Snatch Returns September 2018 at Crackle

Rupert Grint (the Harry Potter franchise), star and executive producer of the hit scripted Crackle original Snatch, announced via a taped piece from the set in Spain’s Costa del Sol that the series’ second season will debut in September 2018. Check out the Snatch season two sneak peek in the player below!

Grint returns in season two as the utterly posh Charlie Cavendish-Scott. In addition, the series stars an ensemble cast featuring Luke Pasqualino as Albert Hill, Lucien Laviscount as Bill Ayres, Dougray Scott as Vic Hill, Phoebe Dynevor as Lotti Mottand, and Juliet Aubrey as Lily Hill. In addition to Grint, the series is executive produced by Alex De Rakoff, who also serves as writer and showrunner, alongside Aaron Ginsburg and William Green.

New this season are directors Kevin Connolly (Entourage), Tom Dey (Failure to Launch, Shanghai Noon), and Luis Pietro (The Oath, Kidnap).

Inspired by a real-life heist in London, the Snatch series centers on a group of twenty-something, up and coming hustlers who stumble upon a truckload of stolen gold bullion and are suddenly thrust into the high-stakes world of organized crime. The boys must quickly learn to navigate the treacherous waters of London’s underworld as rogue cops, gypsy fighters, international mobsters and local villains descend.

In season two, the team is on the lam and what begins as a well-deserved vacation quickly becomes a face-off with a local kingpin; another thrill-a-minute fight to save their fortune and ultimately their lives.
