The Hollywood Reporter recently interacted with several stars from The Boys. Most of them were content with it ending when asked, while Jensen Ackles wasn’t. He responded, “No, because it’s ending,” adding that he wanted more seasons of the show.

Meanwhile, Erin Moriarty, who plays Starlight, said she was “really satisfied.” However, she did not elaborate on why, citing “selfish reasons.” She added, “I’m really selfishly satisfied and globally satisfied.” Frenchie actor Tomer Capone also expressed fulfillment, noting, “We gave you guys one hell of a ride.”
Laz Alonso, who essays Mother’s Milk, shared, “I’m satisfied because we were able to end it on our terms.” Ryan Butcher actor Cameron Crovetti, was also glad. Recalling his excitement after getting the screenplay, he remembered thinking it was “sick.”
Ashley Barrett’s actress, Colby Minifie, said she was satisfied with how her character was handled in The Boys’ ending. “I’m really satisfied with what happens to a lot of other characters without giving too much away,” she added. Minifie then praised the creatives for their work on the ending, commending them for “tying up all the loose ends.”
Finally, Susan Heyward, who portrays Sister Sage, expressed gratitude for how the show ended. “I remember getting the draft, the first draft, of the final episode,” she further recalled. “I felt really passionate about how it’s gonna end, so I wanted to make sure that I said my peace.” Heyward concluded, “And I was heard. So very happy about that.”
