One of Spotify’s most prominent podcasts is preparing to return with a new slate of high-profile guests. As it heads into its seventh series, the long-running interview show has confirmed its launch date. It has also unveiled a lineup spanning sport, film, music and journalism.

The Louis Theroux Podcast will return for a seventh series, with Spotify and Mindhouse confirming the launch date of Tues., Mar. 3, 2026, The Hollywood Reporter has revealed. British broadcaster and documentary-maker Louis Theroux hosts the interview show. The new season includes guests such as Boris Becker, Laufey, Kyle MacLachlan and Yorgos Lanthimos.
The upcoming series also features singer Lulu, comedian Stewart Lee and investigative journalist and author Patrick Radden Keefe. Producers will announce a bonus episode and additional guests in due course. Mindhouse produces the series, which streams on all podcast platforms, with video episodes available exclusively on Spotify.
“Someone once said to me that the key to a great conversation is genuine curiosity. ‘Could you repeat that?’ I replied. ‘I wasn’t listening,’” Theroux said. “But seriously — who could fail to be curious when faced with guests as fascinating, whose lives and work are as full of incident, insight, and artistry, as Boris Becker, Lulu, Stewart Lee, Laufey, Kyle MacLachlan, Patrick Radden Keefe, and Yorgos Lanthimos?”

Since launching in 2023, the podcast ranked as the third most-listened-to show overall in the U.K. last year, according to Spotify Wrapped data. It rose from sixth place in 2024. Series six featured Florence Pugh, Steve Coogan and Malala Yousafzai among its guests.
