Pluribus Episode 9, which will serve as the Season 1 finale, has a new release date on Apple TV.
When is the new Pluribus Episode 9 release date for the Season 1 finale?
Pluribus Season 1 Episode 9 will be available to stream on Wednesday, December 24, 2025. That is two days ahead of its normal Friday release date.
However, fans can watch Pluribus Episode 9 even earlier because Apple TV releases the episode hours before midnight. Therefore, fans can begin streaming the Pluribus Season 1 finale on December 23, 2025, at 9 p.m. ET.
“Manousos arrives in Albuquerque, and complications ensue. Carol visits the last best place on Earth,” the Episode 9 logline reads.
Pluribus stars Rhea Seehorn as Carol Sturka, an author who is one of 13 people unaffected by the “Joining,” an event that transforms humanity into a happy, peaceful community. Those affected by the Joining are part of a hive mind called the Others. Carol, who is naturally miserable, fights to reverse the Joining and save the world from complete happiness.
Besides Seehorn, the Pluribus ensemble includes Karolina Wydra as Zosia, one of Carol’s keepers from the Others, and Carlos-Manuel Vesga as Manousos Oviedo, a Paraguayan man and one of the 13 unaffected by the Joining.
Guest stars include Miriam Shor as Helen L. Umstead, Carol’s manager and secret partner, and Samba Schutte as Koumba Diabaté, a Mauritanian man and one of the 13 immune individuals.
Vince Gilligan is the creator of Pluribus. Gilligan is best known for creating the Emmy Award-winning crime drama Breaking Bad and its spin-off, Better Call Saul. Seehorn starred as Kim Wexler on Better Call Saul and earned multiple Emmy nominations for her performance.
