Fallout Video Teases Special Presentation for Amazon’s Post-Apocalyptic TV Show

Amazon’s Fallout television series is preparing for a special presentation this week according to a new teaser video shared by the series.

In a new video on X (formerly) Twitter, Overseer Hank (played by Kyle MacLachlan in the upcoming show) welcomes people to Vault 33 and teases that a “special presentation” will take place tomorrow, which will give fans a look at “the unforgiving hellscape that is the Wasteland.”

It’s unclear what exactly the presentation will be, but from the sounds of the video, it sounds like a new trailer of some sort could be coming for the show. Check out the teaser video below:

What is Fallout about?

Fallout takes place in the 1940s after a nuclear war. The television series will feature Geneva Robertson-Dworet and Graham Wagner as showrunners. Robertson-Dworet has writing credits on Captain Marvel and the 2018 Tomb Raider film, while Wagner has experience as an executive producer on Portlandia, Silicon Valley, and Baskets. Jonathan Nolan is set to direct the premiere. Kyle MacLachlan, Xelia Mendes-Jones, Aaron MotenElla Purnell, and Walton Goggins have all been confirmed for the show.

Fallout is a series of role-playing games that began in 1997. Set in a post-apocalyptic 1950s-themed United States, the Fallout series puts players in the role of various wanderers and survivors as they freely traverse an American wasteland filled with mutants, radiated animals, and bandits. The next mainline title, Fallout 5, will apparently enter development once The Elder Scrolls VI is completed.
