What Are the Critics Saying about Just Another Immigrant?

Just Another Immigrant does not have an official critics rating yet. The series, however, has a user score of 7/10 on IMDB, with one viewer calling it “depressingly funny.”

Sarah Carson from inews (UK) says, “The set-up for the series is “mostly real” and its tone and pace reminded me of some of Sky1’s Karl Pilkington series – artfully shot, with pleasing, whimsical music – where the entertainment value lies wholly on its star’s charisma. The problem here is that Ranganathan – a wonderfully acerbic comic and master of deadpan derision – has recast himself as a bit of an awkward figure, which isn’t the character we know.”
