The Sopranos received an unexpected Super Bowl commercial in the form of a Chevy Silverado ad directed by creator David Chase.

The television spot was a recreation of The Sopranos‘ opening montage, which featured Tony Soprano driving a Chevy truck. Dubbed “New Generation,” the ad features Jamie-Lynn Sigler reprising her role of Meadow Soprano as she drives an electric Chevrolet Silverado and then meets with A.J. Soprano, once again played by Rober Iler. The ad even harkens back to the series’ iconic finale as they meet at a restaurant.
