HBO’s The Last of Us Series Adaptation Begins Production

Gabriel Luna announced in a new Instagram post that HBO’s The Last of Us live-action series adaptation has begun production in Canada by sharing a set photo featuring himself along with fellow castmates Pedro Pascal and Nico Parker in a car, as well as director Kantemir Balagov and cinematographer Ksenia Sereda.

In the post, which you can check out below, Luna wrote: “Already love these folks. #MillerTime.” Pascal plays Joel Miller, with Parker starring as his daughter, Sarah, and Luna playing Joel’s brother, Tommy. The photo also hints at an important scene fans of the video game will quickly recognize.
