Young Justice: Outsiders images and synopses released
DC Entertainment has released a bunch of new images from the first three episodes of Young Justice‘slong-awaited third season. Featuring the appearances of new characters like Batwoman, Katana and Plastic Man, the photos also came with the released of the three episodes’ official synopses. The animated series is set to return on January 4, 2019, exclusively on DC Universe. Check out the full photos below!
Episode 3.01 – Princes All “After the Justice League faces a horrifying incident on the planet Rann, Dick Grayson gathers an elite squad of heroes to shut down a meta-human trafficking syndicate in Markovia.”
Episode 3.02 – Royal We “Dick Grayson, Artemis Crock, Conner Kent and Jefferson Pierce go undercover in Markovia to stop the Bedlam Syndicate’s meta-human trafficking cartel – before it claims another victim.”
Episode 3.03 – Eminent Threat “Conner Kent and Prince Biron Markov are in the clutches of Count Vertigo, leaving Dick Grayson, Artemis Crock and an emotionally damaged Jefferson Pierce to save them and put an end to the Bedlam Syndicate.”
The heroic line-up for Young Justice: Outsiders will include: Static, Kid Flash, Robin, Wonder Girl, Spoiler, Blue Beetle, Thirteen, Arrowette, Arsenal and Beast Boy.
In Young Justice: Outsiders, the teenage Super Heroes of the DC Universe come of age in an animated world of super-powers, Super-Villains and super secrets. In the highly anticipated new season, the team faces its greatest challenge yet as it takes on meta-human trafficking and the terrifying threat it creates for a society caught in the crossfire of a genetic arms race spanning the globe and the galaxy. This passionate fan support set the stage for the new third season.
Sam Register (Teen Titans Go!, Justice League Action) will executive produce. Brandon Vietti (Batman: Under the Red Hood, Superman Doomsday) and Greg Weisman (Star Wars Rebels, Gargoyles) will produce the Warner Bros. Animation series. Emmy Award-winner Phil Bourassa (Young Justice, Justice League Dark, Teen Titans: The Judas Contract) serves as the series’ art director.
