Frustrated with the lack of evidence, Karen and Grace met with some key law enforcement players and had nothing substantial. Thankfully, Elias explained that he found a white Mazda truck like on the Golden tape, and they had a suspect – Christopher McCarthy. Unbelievable Season 1 Episode 6 Recap

Marie’s plea deal required her to plead guilty for false reporting. All she had to do was a year of supervised probation and mandatory counseling and pay the court costs. Marie asked Judith to borrow $500. Judith was upset that she hadn’t told her that she’d quit her job. Marie explained what that the money was for her plea deal.

Feeling depressed about her case, Marie went to a convenience store to buy a forty. She asked a young guy to buy it for her, and the girl in his car asked her to join them. In the car, she drank the alcohol and smoked some weed. When they dropped Marie off at the apartment, it was 2AM, and Becca was waiting for her. Marie had violated the rules of her program and was kicked out. She would be staying with Judith temporarily.
