Does Love Has Won Still Exist?

A wellness check on a member of a religious group in Colorado transformed into a bizarre and horrific story. The discovery of Amy Carlson’s corpse was just another chapter in the bizarre tale of the religious group Love Has Won, which some former members have described as a cult.

The authorities found Carlson’s body decorated with Christmas lights. According to the autopsy, Carlson died because of alcohol abuse, anorexia, and chronic colloidal silver ingestion. An investigation took place and the police arrested several followers of Carlson and her cult, Love Has Won.

A lot has been said about the group, and several ex-members of the group described it as a cult. After Carlson’s death, people started believing that something really bizarre was happening under the disguise of a spiritual group. Eventually, the group disintegrated, and several members tried to take Carlson’s alleged teachings forward in their own ways.

But does Love Has Won still exist? Let’s take a look.

Has Love Has Won reappeared with different identity and name?

Surprisingly, in 2021, Love Has Won reappeared online with a new name. The group now calls itself 5D Full Disclosure. The website also features 5D podcasts, 5D radio, and daily shows. The group regularly updates its Facebook page and YouTube channel with new content. Apart from that, the official website also features an “About Mom” section, which refers to Amy Carlson as the “mother of all creations”.

In April 2021, someone found her mummified body adorned with Christmas lights in a home near Crestone. Authorities arrested seven members of Love Has Won on charges related to the presence of the body and child abuse. Since then, Carlson and Love Has Won have been a part of several debates.

As per an episode of Dr. Phil, Carlson allegedly told her followers she had the ability to repair people’s brains and conduct spiritual surgeries. She made her followers believe that she was the incarnation of a deity-like savior called Mother God.

However, many former members of the group have claimed they experienced alleged abuse, including sleep deprivation, verbal and physical abuse, as well as financial and sexual exploitation.

A documentary based on Amy Carlson and Love Has Won, titled ‘Love Has Won: The Cult of Mother God,’ is currently available to stream on HBO and Hulu.
