Mondo is back with another Masters of the Universe figure, this time in the form of The Sky Sled, a vehicle that has appeared throughout the Masters of the Universe world.
The newest figure is modeled after the iconic vehicle that He-Man uses throughout the franchise. It boasts an upgraded design, which features sculpted instrument panels and a special dragon livery that can also be removed to look at the inside of the vehicle.
The replica itself is meant to be a companion piece of sorts to Mondo’s past Masters of the Universe sixth scale figures, including figures like He-Man, Beast, and Skeletor. The vehicle is a sixth scale replica, meaning that it stands at a whopping 8.5-inches tall, big enough for the He-Man figure to sit in should fans have that as well.
Preorders begin tomorrow
The Sky Sled 1/6 Scale Vehicle is being sold as a timed preorder on Mondo’s website beginning tomorrow, May 8, for a price of $395. The vehicle will be available until Friday, May 17, when preorders will stop for the item. Shipping for the vehicle is expected to begin sometime in November.
