23.5 episode 3 begins with Ton telling Ongsa’s friends about their three-day relationship. He is known for his short one-day relationships. As a result, Ongsa’s friends are shocked and impressed after learning about her past with Ton. She is his friend, Alpha’s younger sister. Ton tells the group how he met her through Alpha and fell for her at first sight.
Moving on to Alpha’s student committee meeting, she tells them about the security guard spotting a mysterious green light in school at night. However, nobody knows the source of it. Luna suggests going there to check it themselves, but others refuse. Ayling, interested in aliens, walks into the room and is awestruck after seeing the photos. Despite Alpha telling them not to sneak into the school at night, Aylin, Luna, Ton, and others decide to go after the green light.
Ongsa volunteers for the treasurer position, while Sun is chosen as the class president. However, the task becomes challenging when she goes after students to collect money. To top it all, the video of Ton talking about Ongsa is leaked. Because of that, Ongsa’s classmate Blossom, one of Ton’s fans, challenges her to a basketball duel. Despite not knowing how to play, Ongsa accepts. Sun gives her a basketball lesson. The two share a heart-fluttering moment when Ongsa falls to the ground, and Sun lands on her.
23.5 episode 3 recap: Luna comforts Aylin after green light hunt goes wrong
When Aylin doesn’t return home from school, Alpha and Ongsa head out to find their cousin. When they can’t find a cab, Sun, who happens to pass by, gives them a ride to school and joins them. On the other hand, Luna accompanies Aylin in search of aliens. Meanwhile, Ton, Mawin, Tinh, and Charoen are there, too, to hunt the green light. After Alpha scolds everyone for sneaking into the school, the group discovers what’s causing the light. They find out Ton’s fans have been coming in at night to create fandom light sticks for him.
The group ends up running away after a teacher spots them in school. Ongsa and Sun share another intimate moment when they find a hiding spot. Meanwhile, Aylin is heartbroken as she had hoped to see her friends, aliens, assuming the green light was coming from a UFO. However, Luna comforts her, says she would be the moon to her alien, and asks to be her friend.
The next day, Sun asks Ongsa if she is sure about competing with Blossom. She had hurt her foot the night before when she slipped while running away. Ongsa tells her that she will play as she needs to collect sports day money from Blossom. However, she ends up losing the match. Despite the duel’s outcome, Blossom gives Ongsa the fee as the former was impressed with the latter’s fighting spirit. Not only that, but Sun also appreciates Ongsa for not giving up and tells her that what Ongsa did was cool. When Ongsa says nobody had ever called her cool before, Sun scoots over and repeats her words while Ongsa blushes.
The episode ends with Ongsa’s cousin Aylin and her friend Charoen discovering that she likes Sun.
