2 TV spots and 8 posters for The Oscars, which Chris Rock will host on February 28

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences has debuted brand-new TV spots for The 88th Oscars featuring returning host Chris Rock, as well as eight posters featuring the slogan “We all dream in gold.” Check out both TV spots below, along with the posters in the gallery!

Academy President Cheryl Boone Isaacs, actor John Krasinski (13 Hours) and filmmakers Ang Lee (Life of Pi) and Guillermo del Toro (Crimson Peak) will announce the 88th Academy Awards nominations in all 24 Oscar categories at a special two-part live news conference on Thursday, January 14, at the Academy’s Samuel Goldwyn Theater in Beverly Hills.

Produced by David Hill and Reginald Hudlin, The Oscars will be broadcast live on Sunday, February 28, on the ABC Television Network. Rock previously hosted the 77th Oscars telecast in 2005. The 88th Oscars will be held at the Dolby Theatre at Hollywood & Highland Center in Hollywood, and will be televised live by the ABC Television Network at 7 p.m. ET/4 p.m. PT. The Oscar presentation also will be televised live in more than 225 countries and territories worldwide.
