If you looked over Tomorrowland is among my contenders and word is it’s likely to premiere at the Cannes Film Festival this year, just a few days before it hits theaters on May 22, and today we get a full, brand new trailer finally giving you a major look at the upcoming flick.
Tomorrowland finds former boy-genius Frank (George Clooney), jaded by disillusionment, and Casey (Britt Robertson), a bright, optimistic teen bursting with scientific curiosity, embarking on a danger-filled mission to unearth the secrets of an enigmatic place somewhere in time and space known only as “Tomorrowland.” What they must do there changes the world–and them–forever.
Bird co-wrote the screenplay with Damon Lindelof (Prometheus, “The Leftovers”) and along with Clooney and Robertson the film co-stars Hugh Laurie, Raffey Cassidy, Tim McGraw, Judy Greer, Kathryn Hahn, Keegan-Michael Key and Thomas Robinson.
