20th Century Fox has released a pair of trailers for Melissa McCarthy‘s upcoming action-comedy Spy from Bridesmaids director Paul Feig and co-starring Rose Byrne, Jason Statham and Jude Law among many others.
Set for a May 22 release, the film finds McCarthy playing Susan Cooper, an unassuming, deskbound CIA analyst, and the unsung hero behind the Agency’s most dangerous missions. But when her partner (Law) falls off the grid and another top agent (Statham) is compromised, she volunteers to go deep undercover to infiltrate the world of a deadly arms dealer, and prevent a global disaster.
In addition to those already mentioned, the film co-stars Bobby Cannavale, Allison Janney, Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson and Miranda Hart.
