Ethan Hawke is back with Daybreakers directors Michael and Peter Spierig for Predestination, a new film chronicling the life of a Temporal Agent (Hawke) sent on an intricate series of time-travel journeys designed to ensure the continuation of his law enforcement career for all eternity. Now, on his final assignment, the Agent must pursue the one criminal that has eluded him throughout time.
The film premiered at the South by Southwest Film Festival in March and will hit Australian theaters on August 28 though Sony has yet to set a domestic release and will most likely hold off until the beginning of 2015, where film like this might be able to thrive rather than go unnoticed during the summer session.
