This parody trailer for the Star Wars trilogy edited to mimic the tone of the trailers for Guardians of the Galaxy is excellent. The Darth Vader “What”, the oomph! after Luke kicks him of the ledge followed by “I don’t think so” and Leia’s introduction of the characters is just priceless not to mention the Millennium Falcon rocking through space to “Spirit in the Sky”. Soooo good, as is that final “Disney’s Star Wars” title.
Oh, and if it seems to go on too long… welcome to the world of today’s trailers. It’s only 2:30, like all full theatrical trailers.
