Maybe it’s me or maybe this new trailer for Tammy just isn’t all that funny. I don’t know, but the whole “it’s funny because she’s overweight and hasn’t showered” thing just isn’t moving me to laughter.
In this one Melissa McCarthy stars in the title role, after getting fired from her job at a fast food restaurant she finds her husband hooking up in with the next door neighbor and decides to hit the road with grandma Pearl (Susan Sarandon). I’m assuming redemption is found and Tammy’s life improves. Maybe she’ll even shower.
