Previously titled Townies, Neighbors is a new movie starring Zac Efron and Seth Rogen centered on a couple with a newborn baby faced with the nightmare of living next to a fraternity. The film is directed by Nicholas Stoller (Forgetting Sarah Marshall) and tapped for a May 9, 2014 release and tonight the first red band trailer along with a trio of first look pictures have arrived.
In addition to Efron and Rogen, the film co-stars Rose Byrne, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, Dave Franco and Lisa Kudrow.
