A second trailer for Tim Burton‘s newest stop-motion animated feature Frankenweenie has arrived and with it, from what I’m hearing, a larger portion of the story is revealed.
From what I know the film’s lead character, Victor Frankenstein (voiced by Charlie Tahan), conducts a science experiment to bring his beloved dog Sparky back to life, only to face unintended, sometimes monstrous, consequences. Apparently with in the next couple of minutes of marketing you’ll get a taste of those consequences, plus a frightened little kitty as I have illustrated in the screen capture above.
Along with Tahan, additional voice actors include Winona Ryder, Martin Landau, Martin Short, Catherine O’Hara and Conchata Ferrell and the film is set to hit theaters on October 5.
