I’m sure we’ll have a domestic trailer soon enough, but for now 20th Century Fox has released an international trailer for Taken 2 bringing back Liam Neeson as ex-CIA operative, Bryan Mills.
The film follows the events of the first feature in which Mills had to rescue his daughter Kim (Maggie Grace) from a group of international sex traffickers. Now,the father of one of the kidnappers swears revenge and takes Bryan and his wife hostage during their family vacation in Istanbul. As a result Bryan enlists Kim to help them escape, and uses the same advanced level of special forces tactics to get his family to safety and systematically take out the kidnappers one by one.
Personally, this film sounds like a bad idea, but I guess we’ll find out if it can live up to the fun the first film presented when it hits theaters later this year on October 5.
