Jackass Number Two was rude and crude, and yet I found myself laughing my ass off at it all while disgusted with myself for doing so much of the time. I don’t even know if there is a proper way to describe the antics of Johnny Knoxville and his crew, but they certainly do bring a wealth of laughter out of me. How will all the disturbing and tasteless things they do translate to 3D? I guess we’re about to find out.
On October 15, Paramount will release Jackass 3D and the first trailer for the film has just arrived. When the project was announced Knoxville was quoted saying, “We’re going to take the same 3D technology James Cameron used in Avatar and stick it up Steve O’s butt. We’re taking stupid to a whole new dimension.” I guess that pretty much says it all… Here’s the trailer.
