Just so you know this isn’t the official teaser as the owner of the website LathamFilm.com is Steve Latham and he is an aspiring filmmaker that seems to enjoy putting together teaser trailers for upcoming films, just check out his archive here.
You will soon notice that since this King Kong teaser trailer features zero names from the film, as well as doesn’t even carry the tagline “From the director of the Lord of the Rings Trilogy” it isn’t for real, but nevertheless it does feature a giant ape writhing around and scooping up ladies in distress.
