The official Wintertide trailer for Gravitas Ventures’ upcoming thriller movie has been released, featuring a woman who starts noticing strange things happening to the residents of the isolated and cold northern city she lives in. The film will be available on digital and VOD on November 14.

What to expect in Wintertide?
“In the film, Beth, a volunteer watch person of an isolated northern city battles a plague of depression that transforms the few remaining residents into empty, zombie-like automatons,” reads the synopsis. “She discovers that by entering an alternative dimension through her own dreams, she’s able to stave off the illness during the long, possibly endless winter. But will her power be enough to sustain her?”
Wintertide is directed and produced by John Barnard, who co-wrote the screenplay with Carrie-May Siggins. The film stars Niamh Carolan, Solange Sookram, Jeremy Walmsley, Jesse Nobess, Colleen Furlan, Darcy Fehr, John B. Lowe, Onalee Ames, and Michael O’Sullivan. It is produced by Kyle Bornais and Tony Wosk.
