Netflix has released the new teaser trailer for Bird Box Barcelona.
“From the producers of the global phenomenon, Bird Box, comes Bird Box Barcelona, an expansion of the film that riveted audiences in 2018,” reads the film’s official synopsis. “After a mysterious force decimates the world’s population, Sebastian must navigate his own survival journey through the desolate streets of Barcelona. As he forms uneasy alliances with other survivors and they try to escape the city, an unexpected and even more sinister threat grows.”

When is the Bird Box Barcelona release date?
The film will be released on Friday, July 14, 2023. Like its predecessor, it will be released on Netflix. Although the film is set in the Bird Box universe, it features a new cast without Sandra Bullock, and is not a direct sequel to the original film.
The movie stars Mario Casas and Naila Schuberth. The supporting cast includes Georgina Campbell, who recently starred in the horror film Barbarian, and Diego Calva, who starred in Babylon. It is directed by Alex Pastor and David Pastor.
Dylan Clark, Chris Morgan, Núria Valls, Adrián Guerra, Josh Malerman, and Ryan Lewis are the producers. Ainsley Davies and Brian Williams are the executive producers.
