Paramount Pictures has revealed the final trailer for their forthcoming G.I. Joe spinoff movie Snake Eyes, featuring some new bits of action-packed footage. The video continues to highlight the friendship between Henry Golding’s titular ninja commando and Andrew Koji’s Storm Shadow, which begins when Snake Eyes saves the latter’s life. It also teases Storm Shadow’s eventual defection to Cobra, with Úrsula Corberó’s the Baronness giving him an offer towards the end of the video.

In Snake Eyes, a tenacious loner is welcomed into an ancient Japanese clan called the Arashikage after saving the life of their heir apparent. Upon arrival in Japan, the Arashikage teaches Snake Eyes the ways of the ninja warrior while also providing something he’s been longing for: a home. But, when secrets from his past are revealed, Snake Eyes’ honor and allegiance will be tested – even if that means losing the trust of those closest to him.
Joining Henry Golding as the titular ninja assassin are Andrew Koji, Iko Uwais, Samara Weaving, Úrsula Corberó, Peter Mensah, Haruka Abe, Takehiro Hira, and Steven Allerick.
Robert Schwentke is directing Snake Eyes: G.I. Joe Origins from a screenplay written by Evan Spiliotopoulous. Executive producers are Jeff Waxman, Erik Howsam, David Ellison, Dana Goldberg, Don Granger, with Lorenzo di Bonaventura and Brian Goldner to produce.
The film is scheduled to arrive in theaters this Friday on July 23.
