Although Alex Cross doesn’t hit theaters until this Friday, Deadline is reporting that production company QED is already making plans for a sequel, this time adapting James Patterson’s Double Cross.
The 13th book in the series, Double Cross was published in 2008 and is officially described as follows:
Just when Alex Cross’s life is calming down, he is drawn back into the game to confront a criminal mastermind like no other. The elaborate murders that have stunned Washington, DC, are the wildest that Alex Cross and his new girlfriend, Detective Brianna Stone, have ever seen.
