Variety says that Captain America and Marvel’s The Avengers star Chris Evans is in negotiations to star in Bong Joon-ho’s indie Snow Piercer.
Joon-ho (The Host) wrote the script with Park Chan-wook (Oldboy) producing.
The trade says that the film is set in a world covered in snow and ice. “[T]he story follows a train full of travelers who struggle to co-exist.”
Filming is scheduled to start in March.
