Variety reports that Kiefer Sutherland and Kate Bosworth are set to star in director Lee Cleary’s independent romance film Fairytale of New York, to be produced by Lisa Katselas and Dan Reardon.
Written by Jeff Murphy, the project “centers on a cynical but charming Irish standup comic who, while in New York, meets an intriguing American woman and the two connect.”
Shooting for the film will take place in Northern Ireland and New York.
