Jamie Foxx and 20th Century Fox Animation are developing Welcome to the Jungle, based on an original pitch by Foxx and writer Malcolm Spellman.
Foxx is attached to voice animated film, which he’ll produce with manager and partner Jamie Rucker King via their company FoxxKing Entertainment.
Spellman is writing the script and Foxx will write original music for the film.
While they are not revealing the story, the only hint the Spellman team gave Variety is – “Life is a jungle and welcome to it.”
