Sigourney Weaver is joining Cedar Rapids, the Fox Searchlight comedy being directed by Miguel Arteta, says Variety.
The script was written by Phil Johnston, who developed the comedy with Ed Helms. Helms plays a sad-sack insurance agent who goes to an industry convention to try and save the jobs of his colleagues.
