Today’s MPPA ratings bulletin has at least one interesting title, that being William Monahan‘s Mojave, which stars Oscar Isaac and Garrett Hedlund and is still not only without a release date, but without a distributor. At least now it has an R-rating, but not that’s not likely going to help sell it.
Next is Guy Ritchie‘s The Man From U.N.C.L.E. starring Henry Cavill and Armie Hammer, which won’t be hitting theaters until August 14, 2015, but at least we can now confirm it has PG-13 rating.
Ron Howard‘s In The Heart of the Sea, starring Chris Hemsworth, will be hitting theaters March 2015 and it too has a PG-13 rating, just as does the upcoming Left Behind feature starring Nicolas Cage, arriving in theaters this October 3.
The complete bulletin is listed directly below, including a rating for Cymbeline, which stars Ethan Hawke and Milla Jovovich and recently played the Venice Film Festival (see the trailer here) as well as Abel Ferrara‘s Welcome to New York, which IFC is apparently beefing over with Ferrara as they want to cut it to avoid an NC-17 rating, to which he is apparently saying, no dice.
