UPDATE: The Twitter account that posted the photo and answered the questions mentioned earlier has been shut down and the picture removed… Conclusion… fake. Sorry. The original post has therefore been completely deleted. However, the photo that was posted is likely legit, and I’m sure you could find it if you search hard enough.
