Amid all the blood and back-stabbing, “Game of Thrones” is just a television show and as darkly serious as it may be, behind the scenes it’s still just actors performing their lines and, in the case of the following blooper reel, flubbing and forgetting their lines. It’s good stuff, if only because of how deadly serious the show is.
