Think Like a Man Too will be topping the box office this weekend and after a $1.8 million Thursday night it’s looking like something in the mid $30 million range is where it will finish, though I wouldn’t be surprised to see it finish higher, which is where your predictions fell.
The reader average for Think Like a Man Too was $37.1 million, $1.2 million lower than Laremy’s prediction, though higher than the $36 million tracking, which may actually prove accurate this week.
The weekend’s other new release, Clint Eastwood‘s Jersey Boys, is tracking at $14.1 million and while Laremy went $1.7 million over that number, readers went $1 million under with an average of $13.1 million for the stage adaptation.
As far as the holdovers from last week are concerned, predictions are close between 22 Jump Street and How to Train Your Dragon 2, it’s anyone’s guess how that race will turn out.
