Terry Gilliam’s ‘Zero Theorem’ Hitting US Theaters on September 19

Amplify has finally announced they’ll release Terry Gilliam‘s The Zero Theorem on September 19 while the film has been hitting international territories since opening in Italian theaters last December, Russian theaters in January, the UK in March and additional countries all throughout the year so far, which leads us to this latest international trailer as the film will hit French cinemas on June 25.

The film stars Christoph Waltz as Qohen Leth (Waltz), an eccentric and reclusive computer genius plagued with existential angst works on a mysterious project aimed at discovering the purpose of existence — or the lack thereof — once and for all. However, it is only once he experiences the power of love and desire that he is able to understand his very reason for being. David Thewlis, Mélanie Thierry, Ben Whishaw, Peter Stormare, Tilda Swinton and Matt Damon co-star.

On top of the September theatrical release, Amplify will release the film On Demand on August 19, now check out this new trailer below.
