Answers to the Guess the Movie Title Game – Take Two

Okay, so I apparently need to make this much, much harder as Driver was able to post the correct answers to all 24 of the movie titles in my second “Guess the Movie Titles” game within less than an hour. Of course, it makes me happy less than upset as you all came together to figure it out, which is my intention, but I want it to take much longer than two hours… two weeks is more like it!

That said, today I present the answers for anyone that missed them previously and if you’d like to guess without seeing the answers you can click here for the original post, just avoid looking at the reader guesses in the comments.

I wasn’t at all surprised #10 stumped a lot of you, but the fact #22 proved so tough was a lot of fun to watch, especially when Django wrote, “It strikes me as being a Michael Mann type of shot. At first i thought it was Val Kilmer in Heat but it’s doubtful.” Never doubt yourself again Django!

I’m also realizing I need to be more careful with titles available in the Criterion Collection as I thought #12 would take a little longer than it did, but happy people are familiar with what I would say is the most entertaining documentary I’ve ever seen.

That said, I’m not sure I’ll do this every week, but I can promise you I am planning one for next week, Monday most likely, and I am hoping will last the entire week and maybe even then no one will get it 100% correct. Wishful thinking? Maybe, but I am ready to offer up the challenge. You ready to accept?
