‘White House Down’ and ‘The World’s End’ Rated in Today’s MPAA Ratings Bulletin

After R ratings for Shaun of the Dead and Hot Fuzz, did you think the third film in Edgar Wright‘s Three Flavours Cornetto trilogy would be anything but rated R? Such is the case as The World’s End has received a relatively light sounding R rating, but an R nonetheless while Roland Emmerich‘s White House Down starring Channing Tatum and Jamie Foxx gets the expected PG-13.

Additionally we have an R rating for David Gordon Green‘s Prince Avalanche, which I haven’t added to my database yet, but it will hit theaters on August 9 and stars Emile Hirsch and Paul Rudd.
