In the picture below you get your first look at Jena Malone as Johanna in The Hunger Games: Catching Fire. Of course, fans of the book know Johanna’s entrance into the franchise is what many are more interested in as she steps into an elevator with Katniss (Jennifer Lawrence) and Peeta (Josh Hutcherson) and strips down naked as she tries to get a leg up on the two winners of the 74th Hunger Games as competition in the next Games is about to begin.
The second installment in the Hunger Games franchise hits theaters on November 22 and begins as Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence) has returned home safe after winning the 74th Annual Hunger Games along with fellow tribute Peeta Mellark (Josh Hutcherson). Winning means that they must turn around and leave their family and close friends, embarking on a “Victor’s Tour” of the districts. Along the way Katniss senses that a rebellion is simmering, but the Capitol is still very much in control as President Snow prepares the 75th Annual Hunger Games (The Quarter Quell) – a competition that could change Panem forever.
In addition to this look at Malone as Johanna, Mockingjay.net premiered the first look at Jeffrey Wright as Beetee who, like Johanna, is one of the past winners competing in the 75th Hunger Games.
