The interesting thing about this shot was how the wheel in front is always cutting Toto in half. The shot actually ends with the wheel right at Toto’s neck.

Considering this was released in 1939, I find the twister effects to be spectacular. Hell, I’d accept what I see in this film in a film today and would find it far more believable than a lot of the CGI I’ve seen.
