Warner Bros. Takes Beginner’s Greek

Warner Bros. Pictures has bought James Collins’ novel “Beginner’s Greek” for Donald De Line (upcoming Green Lantern) to produce, says Variety.

The studio has hired (500) Days of Summer screenwriters Scott Neustadter and Michael H. Weber to pen the adaptation.

“Beginner’s Greek,” published last year, centers on an investment banker who meets his soul mate on a plane, loses her phone number and discovers later that his best friend has married the woman.
