If nothing else, the latest banners for Christopher Nolan‘s The Dark Knight Rises deliver the most epic presentation out of any of the static marketing the film has received to this point. I haven’t seen any of the trailers so I can’t speak to their quality, but along with the four banners I highlighted early this morning (browse those here), Warner Bros. has released these two new posters and they both deliver an epic, grey and fiery feel to the film, which is a nice tonal difference from the dark purple and blue feel of The Dark Knight.
By the way, it was also just announced some “exclusive footage” from The Dark Knight Rises will air live on Sunday, June 3, at the 2012 MTV Movie Awards at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT.
The Dark Knight Rises hits theaters on July 20 and marks the conclusion of Christopher Nolan’s Batman trilogy. The cast includes Christian Bale as Bruce Wayne/Batman; Anne Hathaway as Selina Kyle (Catwoman); Tom Hardy as Bane; Marion Cotillard as Miranda Tate; and Joseph Gordon-Levitt as John Blake.
