I’ve just received two new images from J.J. Abrams’ upcoming Super 8, which I’ve included directly above, as well as some new footage from the film in the form of four “Train Sequence” clips. Instead of presenting the four different clips separately, I edited them into one continuous two-minute video, which you can watch directly below.
Super 8 is set to hit theaters on June 10 and looks like it will certainly be an event.
In the summer of 1979, a group of friends in a small Ohio town witness a catastrophic train crash while making a super 8 movie and soon suspect that it was not an accident. Shortly after, unusual disappearances and inexplicable events begin to take place in town, and the local Deputy tries to uncover the truth – something more terrifying than any of them could have imagined.
